My Food and Supplement to Keep My Mind Stay healty

I believe that mind is the most important part of our life, especially when we want to make a better life. If you think that your body needs food and supplement to stay healthy, Our mind also need that as well. Now the question is "why we need to take care of our mind?"

Simple, life comes from your mind first.

If you think life is cruel, unfair, evil, no body can be trusted, that's true. If you think that life is fair, wonderful, many opportunities out there, so many great friends around us, people will help us if we ask, that's true either. It is a law of nature that we will get what we focus on.

so what is the good food and supplement we should eat for our mind? It is simple but not easy to do since we need to be consistent doing it. It is just like maintaining a garden. First you plant something you want in life, and everyday you take care of it like watering, giving information related to your goal, doing simple tiny steps toward to your goal, write down any kind of pop up ideas to give you more alternatives and many more.

The key is you need to be above average in maintaining your mind. if you follow or do the same thing like average do, like when you wake up in the morning and you complain how bad your day is, when you get stuck in traffic, you got mad of the car in front of you, when you have a problem, you blame other people that this is their fault, ect ... you have just let other people to help you focus on bad things in life, and you just let your people, without your knowing, control your life
